Service Terms

1. Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and mutual agreement. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. I reserve the right to decline inquiries and appointments as I deem necessary.

2. Deposit Requirements: A minimum 20% non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure any booking. Deposits can be paid through pre-approved methods and will be applied to the final balance.

3. Payment:

   • Payment is required in cash or bitcoin(if pre approved) in full at the time of engagement.

   • All investments are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

4. Nature of Engagement: The services described herein are intended for social companionship, time spent together and legal entertainment purposes only and do not include any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws. Any other activities are not discussed or implied in any form. Behavior that is deemed disrespectful, harmful or illegal will result in my immediate termination of our meeting without refund. I do not engage in any sort of unsafe or unhygienic activities. Upon booking, it is assumed that you have read and agreed with the content and terms displayed throughout this website.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling :

   • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

     - Notice Period: Cancellations must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. If less than 72 hours notice given, remaining balance must be paid.

     - Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

   • Provider-Initiated Cancellations: Should I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will either return your deposit to the original payment method immediately or offer to reschedule at your convenience.

Privacy and Confidentiality

1. Privacy: Your privacy is respected and protected. Any personal or contact information shared through this website will not be retained or shared with a third party.

2. Confidentiality: All interactions and communications are treated with strict confidentiality. Under no circumstance are you permitted to disclose personal information to any third party including social media and review boards/forms.
